The projects are generated by our existing network and during intercultural travels. This allows the members to get a picture of the local circumstances, identify the needs for action and monitor the implementation. In doing so, it is the aim to fulfill a social and ecological approach within these tasks. In order to ensure that the funds raised reach their full potential, the projects are small and we only raise funds for specific projects.

Thereby the first project, the renovation of a roof for an orphanage in Kampala, Uganda has given us experience in the areas of fundraising and project management. We are also considering the possibility of partially funded projects in the future to encourage the beneficiary participation.
