New tasks are usually created through our existing network and by new friendships. The concept is to develop specific projects with detailed information about the local conditions and requirements. Thereby we only collect project-related funds and do not charge administrative costs for their implementation.

Of course, such activities are only possible thanks to the local people and NGOs with whom we have good personal connections. To ensure that the funds raised can reach their full potential, the entire implementation process is monitored by the local participants and us.

Increasingly the possibility of partially financed projects is considered, in order to encourage the beneficiary participation. Furthermore, it is always interesting to explore new models of cooperation.
